QUANTITY SURVEYING FOR OFFICE SPACE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Description of Works: Construction of a new three storey extension to increase office space and also provide a new staff breakout and welfare area, within the Millom site of CGP Publications. The site works consisted of piling, with construction of the building being steel frame.  The project was competitively tendered with a thorough selection process undertaken.
