QUANTITY SURVEYING & COST MANAGEMENT IN LANCASHIRE

Location: Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire

Description of Works: Construction of a three storey 16 room apartment block in centre of Poulton-le-Fylde.

Services: Quantity Surveying / Cost Management

Challenges: The site is very tight which had its own complications in terms of buildability and also material, plant and welfare storage.  The building is constructed from a steel frame with varying façade treatments, with an internal fit out to a high standard.  The project was tendered on a two stage basis, with a negotiated final contract price.

Status: In progress, expected completion Autumn 2022.
