Description of Works: Demolition of a public house and construction of a three storey 70 bedroom Care Facility and associated infrastructure.
Services: Project Monitoring – We undertook an initial due diligence report for the Funder followed by monthly interim due diligence reports as the development progressed. Saunders kept the Funder fully updated on progress, statutory issues, financial drawdowns and any other issues or concerns throughout the development. Saunders worked closely with the Borrower and their design team to ensure all actions were being managed to reduce the risk to the Funder.
