Description of Works: Refurbishment of the existing sixth form space on the first floor of an existing building, which is part of the Sedbergh School estate.

Description: The lead designer was an Interior Design practice, who incorporated a theme of colours, fixtures and fittings throughout the building, to provide a modern, high specification learning and studying space for the school. The project was tendered on a two stage basis, with a negotiated final contract price utilising a JCT Design and Build Contract.

Status: Complete
